Invisalign Winter 2010-11 Family Study

Would you, or someone in your immediate family like to enjoy the benefits of straighter teeth? If so, and if you are willing to participate in a study, then this might be a great opportunity for you.

Dr. Elchahal, a Premier Invisalign Provider, is conducting a study for Align Technology, Inc., the makers of Invisalign. The study is about immediate family members who are undergoing orthodontic treatment together. If you participate in this study, you will receive a $500 discount off our normal Invisalign fee. Excludes treatment fees less than 12 months.

Conditions for the study:
1. You are the immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of a current patient of Dr. Elchahal.
2. You begin Invisalign therapy during the Winter of 2010-11. That means initial impressions for therapy are received by Align Technology between December 1st 2010 through Feb 1st, 2011. New patients only.
3. You agree to permit your orthodontic records, including photographs, to be used for educational purposes by Align Technology, Inc., the makers of Invisalign. You must sign an agreement form.

Dr. Elchahal's Annual Food Drive

Dr. Elchahal and staff will be collecting food for the North Fulton Community Charities 2010 Holiday Program. The Holiday Program will provide over 1000 families with groceries and a Thanksgiving meal. For Thanksgiving donations, we will be collecting food items specifically for a traditional Thanksgiving meal

Below is a grocery store list of suggested items – Please limit your donations to items for Thanksgiving meal.

• Canned Vegetables – Green Beans, Refried Beans, Black Beans, Corn Sweet Potatoes, White Potatoes, Squash, Greens, etc..)

• Boxed Potatoes and Rice – Mashed, Scalloped, White – Brown – Yellow, Boxes or Bags

• Boxed Pasta Mixes – Macaroni, Mac-n-Cheese

• Boxed or Bagged Stuffing Mixes – Cornbread, Herb, Plain, Bags/Boxes

• Bags of Four, Cornmeal, Biscuit Mixes – Wheat, All-Purpose, White

• Boxes of Baking Goods – Cake Mixes, Brownies, Pie Makings

• Cans of Gravy – Turkey, Chicken

• Cans of Fruit – Apple, Cranberry, Cranberry Sauce, Pineapple, Applesauce, etc…
